David Skilling
Mr. Skilling won his first civil trial while still in law school. Since then he has served as lead counsel in numerous arbitrations, bench, and jury trials. Mr. Skilling’s litigation and trial work has pitted him against some of the biggest companies in the world, such as Microsoft, DIRECTV, and Chevron. He has successfully obtained million-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients. He and his family currently live in Colorado.
